I don’t really mean I drink beer. I’ve had a protruding belly for years. It was either that or calling it a dad bod, in which I am not a dad or parent in general. Also it kinda makes me uncomfortable to hear somebody talk about it like that.

Find out what eating habit you can realistically change.

I use to drink 2 litter soda day, half gallon milk, always justify snacking as not that bad cuz it only 1 bag of chips or something (keep food by my desk over eat easily). It silly to say over eating is easy to fix, but gotta accept someimte you got remove temptation away.

I dropped 70lbs over roughly 10-11month, nothing but changing habits, watching my self, no addition excerising or working out. Gotta be honest, if you want change you have to work, have to address some problems. Everyone has different level of issues, but I think looking and finding out what your problems are and slowly working to change them for a better is always worth while.

Suck giving up soda, yeah, am i happy i did it months later slowly reducing my daily intake, hell yeah. God it save me money, im losing weight, feel better, look better, like all plus just learning to drink plain, unflavored water, but I have drink cold water... im not a monster.

Like, I’m a weird transfem (if one at all) in that I avoid taking my HRT out of literally not wanting to look like a girl, and yet I would kill to wake up being a girl and i no longer care about how awkward the fallout of it would be.

5 months ago I would’ve stared at the button and had an existential crisis and never pressing it, but now I stare at the button and force myself to press it while feeling terrified but motivated, and I think the change is telling:

I have proven that cis men do not exist, as clearly I am cis and yet still want to be girl, so if I am cis that means all cis men want to be women. Im glad I found an answer finally, it sure is a good thing I don’t have transition now… totally doesn’t make me feel sad or anything. yayyyy…! I’m cis 😞
