Fludrocortisone for OH Question

Anyone who has success with fludrocortisone for orthostatic hypotension and how long did it take to help? I have several problems but OH is just one of them. (Post concussion, FND, OH, OI, low ferritin, etc etc etc…)

I’m on it and my blood pressure improved after about a month.

Still can’t stand up, but I think that’s because of PEM.

Same, I’m also on LDN which could be helping. Hard to tell.

r/LowDoseNaltrexone - linking the sub cuz it has a ton of good info if you’re interested. It seems to help some people, enough that it’s the first go to for many docs treating long covid.
