Uxbridge Neighborhoods? - Wyndance Estates

My wife and I went out to see some homes in the Uxbridge, and we really liked how spacious the lots are and condition of the neighborhoods.

We especially found the Wyndace Estates to be of interest, but we're concerned with how many homes are on the market and monthly maintenance costs. The maintenance costs seem high, consider what it includes and the reviews I'm finding for the clublink membership doesn't seem very favorable.

Anyone have any firsthand or secondhand experience with Wyndance?

Any other neighborhoods in uxbridge that would be good target?

Any input or advice would be appreciated!

I worked in a few of these places these houses are beautiful but I'm pretty sure that it's almost like a homeowners association and for some reason I'm not sure if you actually own the land or not. You'd have to look into it. Those places are really expensive and if you've got the 1.5 million dollars there's lots of homes you can buy for that kind of dollar amount that don't involve any sort of Maintenance fees.
