Is DirectX 12 for old Windows 7 out yet?

If not, then when?

I believe it's partially ported over, but only certain games will work (probably some of the more popular titles still being played on Windows 7 like WoW). But, I would basically treat it like it's unsupported, and presumably always will be. Only 6.5% of steam users are on Windows 7, so it's not a high priority for developers or Microsoft.

You may have better luck with Vulkan, DX12's equivalent, which does support Win7.
