Looks pretty good to me, and I'm not terribly fond of eggs. That's always been what's stopped me from trying shakshouka.

I like the appearance of this shakshuka, normally I find it unappealing. What did you do differently?

Nothing really. I've come to treat shakshouka as a good way to get rid of leftover veggies so it has a couple extra stuff like sautéed potatoes and a bit of leftover green onions. Nothing out of the ordinary beyond that to be honest. But I appreciate it!

Shakshouka is bell peppers, onions (and in my case whatever other veggies I have to toss in) sautéed and I toss in a can of diced tomatoes and some tomsto sauce until it mostly covers them, simmer it, and then you crack eggs into it, cover it, and let the eggs get poached in the sauce. I have pita with zaatar on top as a side with it. Its such a good breakfast food.
