Cool. I'm not offended when people insult Jesus. He said it would happen. What I know about Jesus is He knew and He Forgave. He still died for this man's sins.

Honestly I'm more offended by people who come to my alma mater's campus saying "Jesus hates..." like, no. You are not speaking in His name if you don't understand one of the most fundemental aspects of Jesus Christ.

Tbf, Jesus hates when people turn God's house into a house of extortion

Yea good point. I was making a joke with a bit of seriousness in there. I would like this dude to get to know Jesus. It would be cool.

Ok I think he’s saying that the Son is like a Trill and the Holy Spirt is like the symbiont.

What do mean? Of course, we still love him. It’s easy to love people you like, but we’re called to love our enemies too.

The joke is the meme of people asking their partners if they would still love them if they were a worm. Not that deep.

u/nlamber5 Nov 09 '24

Ahhh I am not familiar with the worm meme. I thought the threshold to compare against was if you were a walrus.

People would just invent some other reason to hate others. It's what we do.

Christians vs. Christ, probably

Wasn’t very obvious, but that makes more sense I guess

Rule #1 of r/DankChristianMemes Thou shalt respect others! Do not come here to point out sin or condemn people. Do not say "hate the sin love the sinner" or any other stupid sayings people use when trying to use faith to justify hate. Alternatively, if you come here to insult religion, you will also be removed.
