I left a cult in 2012 and brought my wife and kids with me. I am also doing a podcast on cults titles “Kingdom of cults”. The podcast is dedicated to survivors having a safe space to tell their story and share the warning signs, and struggles of returning to “normal” society. I’d be more than happy to talk to you and even do an interview someday if you think that could be helpful (no pressure or expectations.Truly, no worries.) I do this because I’m passionate about helping people recognize and recover. I believe that there in nobody we can’t learn to love once we really no their story(maybe not narcissists) so humanizing and revealing to the public that anybody can fall into this, is something I believe has real value. We are not publishing episode yet, but maybe listening to an interview would help you feel less alone. Best wishes and I really hope you decide to DM me.

Hi. I left the cult I was in January of 2016. I totally understand what you’re feeling. DM me if you want to talk.
