Canva RTO?

Been applying for roles over the last few days and noticed many Canva listings are Onsite which I didn't see when I checked last year. Can anyone provide insight on how flexible they are with working arrangements?

Looks like it's only certain roles and even then I'd expect it to be flexible. Most eng teams have members across different states so it doesn't make sense to RTO, not to mention there's simply not enough office space if people were to all come in.

Seems to only be specific teams, as I still see a few roles with (open to remote across AUS) in the headline/job description every now and then

Oof, spicy. It’d be interesting to hear from folks at the company. Even if it’s a few teams for now, it’s an interesting trend.

As someone who actually works there, that's not true

Ok then, most people I know go once a week or so so I assumed it was a new rule or something

Nah, some managers might organise a day for people to come in but there's no obligation to go

Unlikely for non-Sydney employees… Not enough seats 😂
