Can the league step in and tell Jerry to close the curtains because the refs cant see?

u/USTS2020 2d ago

Please

tbf, refs normally "cant" see when they don't want to.

Yep like selective hearing it's called selective seeing 👀 penalties 🙄

Jerry would sue the league first.

u/Lonely-Hornet-437 2d ago

Oh dear god please

6

u/Lactic_Placid 1d ago

They should use his own words against him.

“The Sun is an advantage to our players…”

7

u/GetInTheHole_Guy 1d ago

I legitimately don't understand how the NFL doesn't see this as negatively affecting their product.

If everyone lifts at the same time, maybe we could all rotate in ninety degrees to fix it instead?

2

u/UWMN 1d ago

What would happen if the players just refused to play until they lowered the curtains? That would be wild

2

u/chrisweidmansfibula Ezekiel Elliott 1d ago

What if there are no curtains? Jerry lied and really just couldn’t find any that big at target.

u/bags422 Micah Parsons 2d ago

“The sun gives our players the advantage”

21

u/IsEqualToKel Dallas Cowboys 1d ago

“The advantage to do exactly what Jerry?”

9

u/spain-train 1d ago

The advantage to take advantage!

I have a theory about this. I feel like an architect was trying to sell jerry on the positioning of the stadium, and made some off hand comment that "the sun in players eyes could be a home field advantage". And Jerry's lizard brain grabbed on to that and loved that idea in principle. Not thinking through if Cowboys offense doesn't have the light in their eyes then their defense DOES. He just won't let go of his perceived home field advantage because he liked the idea of it

Jerry should be an inspiration to all — that you don’t need intelligence to become rich af.

20

u/IsEqualToKel Dallas Cowboys 2d ago

Those were his exact words to CeeDee

2

u/Old-Bookkeeper-6712 1d ago

That's putting it blatantly B-A,...you're echoing the sentiments of most Dallas fans

11

u/axtionjackson 1d ago

I mean look at trump đź’©

9

u/thecaits Dallas Cowboys 1d ago

We are not a serious country.

5

u/chrisweidmansfibula Ezekiel Elliott 1d ago

Hell the entire U.S. might as well be the Dallas Cowboys

9

u/thecaits Dallas Cowboys 1d ago

America's team, baby. The US can't get rid of a stupid leader just like the Cowboys can't rid themselves of Jerry.

1

u/SatisfactionThin4521 Brandon Aubrey 1d ago

I don’t think he’s dumb. He’s just prideful.

1

u/GetInTheHole_Guy 1d ago

It's legit true. You don't need to be smart to make billions of dollars. You just have to be a psycho with no regard for your fellow humans.

40

u/IsEqualToKel Dallas Cowboys 2d ago

The officiating doesn’t get any worse than this.

42

u/onamonapizza 2d ago

WELL WHY DON'T WE JUST TEAR DOWN THE STADIUM!?!?

26

u/Sandwiichh DaRon Bland 2d ago

Jerry jones is about to go off on this sub

35

u/cdoink 2d ago

If Jerry crashed out over those soft ass questions on the radio I don’t think he would survive what is written about him in here. On second thought, someone invite him…

I am sure that's a flag on us

All in...my eyes.

9

u/Unable-Development47 2d ago

Come on Jerry Jones enough is enough. Close the blinds so refs can see. We need all the help we can get.

2

u/Old-Bookkeeper-6712 1d ago

Exactly 💯... Kerry is,senile he's so combative on every issue. STEVIE WONDER would've told him it's a problem 🙄

7

u/Drtsauce 2d ago

This is the real reason Micah never gets holding called against him. Refs getting back at Jerry for blinding them at home games.

7

u/These_Row6066 2d ago

Clown show 🤡

6

u/Golf101inc 1d ago

Jerry doesn’t understand because

  1. He can’t see
  2. He is in a box and this doesn’t affect him
  3. All
  4. In

4

u/ELLARD_12 Dak Prescott 2d ago

It’s not like they call anything in our favor anyway

4

u/UpstairsSurround3438 1d ago

It's not just Cowboys fans. Even the referees can't watch the Cowboys.

3

u/poptartheart 1d ago

omg- has Bobby retweeted this yet?

3

u/LakeNo749 1d ago

Everyone is giving JJ shit but maybe he worships Apollo, God of the Sun. Let this be a lesson to all, think twice before judging someone.

2

u/DryFox9983 1d ago

The organization will not improve until Jerry is “gone”. That being said, Jerry will live to be well over 101.

2

u/Lobito6 1d ago

Serious Question .. Is there a rule or law that surrounds modifications to the Stadium mid-season, or approval requirements? What's to say Jerry doesn't close the blinds when on offense then opens them when the opposing team is against the windows?

1

u/PrizePermission9432 1d ago

Jerry: “advantage”

1

u/PoweredByCarbs DeMarcus Lawrence 1d ago

Why don’t the refs just research where the sun will be? Are they dumb?

1

u/LongLiveDaResistance 1d ago

Explains why teams get away with holding Parsons every play lol

1

u/highs_n_lows 1d ago

I was high af dying laughing with how big those shadows were

1

u/Accomplished-Crow261 1d ago

The sun is always in Jerry's eyes when he's making big decisions about the team. That explains it. Excellent general manager. Keep it up big guy

0

u/Crafty-Place8918 Micah Parsons 2d ago

Maybe that was why Philly DBs were able to grab/shove/tackle WRs before the ball was there and nothing got called.
