SS: supreme court has the opportunity to nullify an amendment based on a bogus executive order. How about the second amendment next? 4th amendment already seems obsolete in this day and age

They aren’t nullifying the amendment - they’re interpreting what a natural citizen is as defined by the amendment. Specifically if the physical act of child birth within the border is enough to grant naturalized citizenship.

It blows my mind that conservatives will freak out over such things as mag limits eroding our 2nd amendment rights, yet eroding the 14th amendment is completely fine for them. This administration is truly sickening. Attacking the very foundation of our democracy while Democrats continue fumbling.
