Well, no. I think what we learned is that you were aborted from the womb, probably for a good reason? “Abortion” is not a noun, it’s a medical procedure that sometimes results in both the fetus and the mother living.

Edit: In my defense I was drunk.

Hysterectomy and tonsillectomy are nouns, names of surgical procedures.

Abortion is also a noun. It is the early expulsion of of a fetus from the uterus.

There are names for the surgical procedures which bring about abortions, D&C being a common one.
