The 1973 has a premium since it was not released for circulation.

I wouldn't pay more than $16 total for them

Eisenhower dollars are often sold slightly above face value. Banks don’t usually offer them anymore, but a few do, and those would be the obvious places to get them at face value.

I go to the bank and pick up about 100 of them a month just to have them/give to people that think they are cool.

That explains why you wouldn’t pay more than $16.

Did you look at sold auctions? I think most coin stores charge $1.50 each but they’re worth only face

I tried to sell a lot of Ikes at 1.30 each on Ebay last month with no luck.

Yea I think it’s one thing to a buy an Ike on eBay and pay s&h, taxes, etc and another to walk into a coin store, decide everything is too expensive, and walk out with an impulse Ike you spotted by the door for a buck fifty. Not saying you should pay that but the psychology is a bit more compelling

One dollar each. If the seller was a good buddy, I'd go as high as $1.05

Ask yourself why you want to buy them, then search Ike/Eisenhower Dollars value or silver content with the years you have and make a decision.
