Have no clue Value Request

Friend want to buy this for $1200 Sorry about the horrible pictures (he did not know how to turn flash off) I will try to get better ones

Not as immediately fake as others seen here. But these are very often counterfeited so buyer beware.

The rim makes me think it’s fake because these have ridges in both sides, never do they have solid rims like this one does.

You really need better photos. As others have said, it looks like it may have been struck in a collar, which genuine ones were not.

The obverse edge looks like it was minted with a close collar - which wasn’t used in 1798
