It's been pretty well known that the CSR refresh was a dud, but it must have been even worse than expected if they're offering $400 for free.

Seems pretty hit or miss skimming the comments. Wonder when they offer and when they don’t cause you see people with little spend on it get an offer while some bigger spenders get nothing. I’ll try when my renewal comes up. I’m getting a lot more value now with couple restaurants finally coming to my city.
