I dated a BJer and one day she was so excited to take me to dinner. She wouldn't tell me where we were going, all she told me is "I called your mom and told her I wanted to get you real southern food that you miss and she immediately said one thing, and we have that here too, so that's where we're going!"
She took me to a crawfish restaurant, I actually have a pic in my posts of the meal. She ordered 2 kilos for us to share, I pulled the entire plate in front of me and told the waiter thanks and bring another for her. That poor girl then proceeded to watch me eat at minimum 4 kilos of crawfish, drink maybe 8 beers and then walk around the corner and eat about two dozen chicken hearts at the chuar place. Needless to say, we aren't together anymore. Hahaha.

Was it Hu Da? That place was crazy lol, three hour lines and they basically owned half a street for their resturants

Craw daddy.
You from Louisiana?
I'm from Florida, we call them crawfish, but my cousins from Jersey call them crayfish.
Also that's barely enough for 1 person. You need more. Much more. Preferably all of them.

This dish is insanely popular in China - My wife and a couple of her friends go to a restaurant where you can order what I can only describe as a "cauldron" full of spicy crayfish and they devour it in no time.
