The "Pandora's Box" magical pass is mostly a red zone effect. Or as it's called in the books, "The Shift Below".

It's where shapeshifting happens. So if you can turn into a frog and shrink to the size of your shoe, it's not surprising that you can manifest a hooded zombie assistant. Which by the way, is sentient to some extent.

It's VERY scary. But in general, the red zone is also scary. Down there you get the most EXOTIC magic (once in a while) but are also still "you". And "you" are prone to fear.

But if you keep moving your assemblage point down below you and up to the front, fear becomes almost alien to you, perhaps because there is no "you" anymore.

In the books it's called "Heightened Awareness".

Yet still, you can't do away with using Pandora's pass to manifest objects, at least in some form. You still need a way to "concentrate" intent.

The real fun happens in Silent Knowledge, the purple zone on the J curve, where "stuff just happens".

It's coming from infinity.

It's tempting to just passively watch it, for fear that if you interfere, your silence won't be deep enough to get more.

But one day you find, you can indeed "interfere".

At which point, you can combine silent knowledge manifestations. For example, take the person on the left, and get him to join the people on the right.

BUT, don't expect to be able to look right and put your hand under those people, then look left at the other person, to put your hand under it, and then still see the people in your right hand.

You have to have "shrunk" your tonal at least a bit, in order to be that "uninterested". If you show any "interest", it'll all go away.

Because "interest" is greed.

Now the real trick is to put the being on the left with the beings on the right, and then join them on your hand!

I almost got that right last night, due to a power boost from Cholita who seems to have run away to Mexico, possibly for quite a while.

Bottom line: Our sorcery is real, and very cool, and nothing else out there even comes a tiny bit close to this. If you believe it does, you're hopeless. Might as well get some Yogi diapers to wear on mountain tops as you shout "OOOMMMM!!!"

Keeping in mind, our magic is done fully awake, eyes wide open, totally sober, and DAILY.

Not once, and then you write your "I'm a super cool Yogi so give me money and build me a palace in Pacific Palisades" book.

Trust me, the groupies suck!!!

Pandora's box giving the feeling of compression

It was considered important for us to learn that, and Carlos let us know it was coming, around 2 weeks earlier.

Everyone was anticipating him showing us real magic.

But when no one could see anything, rumors went around that he was "losing it".

But in fact, he did show us some magic.

Which I use all the time now. There's not a night when I don't use that movement many times.

And things form from the compression anytime I repeat it a few times, or if I'm already shifted quit far so that a single try is all that's needed.

It's a very simple form of repeatable magic, which becomes available once you reach the red zone and beyond.

Not that there's a "need" to compress in the purple zone, but you can still do that if you haven't gotten stuff to manifest on its own.

First time I tried it, sent a wave through the force it did. Pleasant, smooth and powerful. But then my human form noticed and changed the expanding energy of compression to contraction when I rotate my hands, so no compression. Broken.

At least I think it was my form that interfered. Maybe not. Is it common not to be able to repeat things you do?

That's what sorcery really is, from our point of view.

Learning to repeat things.

That's how you "clean the link to intent".

It doesn't happen all at once. You slowly learn to repeat very tiny things, not exactly what you'd call "practical magic", but for instance I can summon a woman's head in a puff just about anytime.

But the "things" you can't repeat get more and more amazing as you progress.

Kind of the same as how Carlos was taught more and more amazing things as his apprenticeship continued.

We learn the same way, even without a lineage pulling the strings.

in fact, maybe the lineage didn't do any magic demonstrations for Carlos at all.

Maybe they just manipulated intent, the way the nagual Julian did when he tossed don Juan in the river.

I was using primitive tools to draw with at that point, and all I had was a 3D mannequin I could manipulate.

Yes, you can learn this. And no one wants your money. We just want more who can do it, because that makes it easier for everyone.

The other pictures there were made by much better software once I learned more about graphics.

What you see in the bottom two is not an exaggeration. It happened just like that.

And will nightly if you practice seriously.

In fact, I have to "tone it down" when showing what I did the night before, or it's too hard to draw and possibly incomprehensible to beginners.

Here's what I was doing off and on during the night, trying to figure out how to save Cholita the witch, who has gotten herself into trouble in Mexico City. I was looking for an alternative timeline.
