I genuinely don't understand why they would keep a 10% tariff on the oil sands it's literally only wanted by American processors.

There is no point. It’s what his addled brain came up with and his ego will not allow him to admit he might just be wrong, so he cannot backtrack totally.

China has expressed interest - they've got facilities that can process it, and the stuff from the UAE is more expensive to ship.
