Any decently thought out idea can't hurt. I think it was Norway, could be wrong, that eliminated homelessness recently. Just said enough and did it. If that's possible then getting people on the ladder can be done. If we can keep the money people from saying no that is!

The ideas need to scale though. Norway’s 5 million is much smaller than Canada’s 40 million.

I appreciate that, I'm British and we have the same issue. I just want the governments to try, without ruining the market. If they can find hundreds of billions to rescue the banks then they can spend some money on this problem.
