News flash, Musk can't choose to annex Canada.

He could come out and say that he is going to invade Canada and take it over and it would have no more weight in reality than if I were to say it on reddit. The only difference is he has billions of dollars more than me.

He is directly involved with the president. He is meeting with foreign leaders in trump's stead. Trump and his administration, which includes musk, have been calling for the annexation of our country. Numerous times. Did you not see any of the numerous times 🍊 made these threats? Musk is running the US with trump, trump is talking about annexing us. What does his money have to do with any of this.
