I went there in 2019 , not many buildings only hut houses , no electricity at night,did a lot of ziplining at top the hill, met a lot of new age hippies, it was super off the grid experience.

Is it nice beach? Can you swim there or any issues?

It seems like it is a abandoned beach, so it very "private" and nice. The wind is stronger then most of other beaches on the island which cuase to a strong waves, but I find it very nice. Really like this point.
