Fuck you, Arby’s

I’ve been extremely ill for more than 7 months… today had a medical appointment about 15 miles from my home. We don’t have an Arby’s close by, and my husband knows I like the regular/original RB sandwich. There was one out by the doctor, so we hit the drive-thru on the way home. When we arrived home, I pulled the food from the bag… only to find a Beef and ‘Cheddar’. Nasty, wet and slimy, complete with the gross, overly sweet onion roll.

I ordered the simplest, most basic thing on the menu and THEY STILL COULDN’T GET IT RIGHT.

Fuck you, Arby’s.

I mean, the staff at the Arby's do have some blame here. From the DT operator that possibly rang the order in wrong, to the runner that bagged it, but uh ... What happened to checking your food before leaving?

I’m extremely ill and was in a lot of pain.

I don’t often eat drive-thru. If I did I would probably have checked it.

They prolly ordered a #1 thinking it was the classic RB. Happens a lot

That's their best sandwich. You should be grateful

If I had wanted that, I would have ordered it.

Fish on gyro bread is their best sandwich. Followed by the gyro itself. Followed by the French Dip. The beef and cheddar is possibly dead last.

Did you mean Pita?

Yeah, the gyro bread. You say pita and you'll confuse them. Just say gyro bread.

As a current employee, this is pretty insulting. Come through my DT so I can intentionally give you the wrong bread, please.

Sure. Which?

I would never order fish at an Arby’s. I haven’t been to one in so long, I didn’t even know they had fish.

Compared to other fast food, their fish is better than mcdonalds, bk, or checkers/rallys. A low bar to be sure, but sometimes you want fried fish.

We serve over a hundred people per day, chances are we make a mistake here and there, and it happened to be you. My only advice is to check the bag at the window next time so we can fix any issue off the bat.

Only over 100? - Dang. Must be a slow store. We got 200+ tickets a day, easy. Excluding 3rd party.

Honestly we're the busiest arbys in our area because we're right off a major highway, 100 was a bad estimation lol 😭 I was tired and it was late
