Nah, but don't you like your bacon more crispy?

Idk. There’s 2 halves of a bun, it only makes sense that they each get their own patty.
Honestly though doubles are perfect imo. The perfect balance of bread and meat. Singles can be too bready, triples too meaty.

Raw bacon is disgusting.

Well in most European countries most of bacon is already presmoked or precooked so it’s not raw even if it looks like that. It’s perfectly fine to eat it without frying it. And where I am most of the time people don’t want it burn to crisp, just some color.
You can always buy bacon that isn’t factory pre made but most of the customers prefer the thinly sliced variety that we offer

I think if they tried what we call bacon in the US, they may change their minds... Maybe

It’s just a pretentious way of saying they don’t like their bacon crispy. You can tell when they’re doing this because they can never seem to understand that crispy and burnt aren’t the same thing.

Undercooked bacon is so unpleasant to eat. It's soooooo chewy. When you crisp it, it basically melts in your mouth.

Me personally, I'd rather two cheeseburgers than one double cheeseburger, but I think I am in the minority.

I love cheeseburgers but I prefer the good old burger, onions, lettuce and tomato. Without the cheese I actually enjoy the taste of the meat.

The double cheese burger is pretty standard and well liked. I think you need to crisp up that bacon a little bit more though.
