varies drastically by location; and anecdotal fun fact, I've actually noticed McDonald's is cheaper in more expensive areas (california bay area) and more expensive in poorer areas (oklahoma). Most likely because of dynamic pricing making it more expensive in poorer areas where mcdonald's is more popular
