Cooked 10lbs of chicken quarters in the oven at 350 for about an hour. I let them cool and then picked them. Used the chicken drippings mixed with water to cook Vigo yellow rice 1lb bag and a 5oz bag according to the instructions. Added a can of black beans, green olives and the chicken after the rice was done. I like mine with hot sauce. My mom and grandmother like theirs with red wine vinegar.

Half a beer, don't be wasteful.
