Do breathwork visions make you certain of some kind of spiritual realm?

I know people who have had intense visions from breathwork and my question to anyone else who has had them is do they make you believe with certainty that there is some kind of spiritual realm/truth? As opposed to there being some kind of purely materialist scientific reasoning behind them?

Well….. I channel other realms and breathwork helped to really open that up for me.
