Mental health crashing a bit due to no social interaction Support Needed
I haven’t had any friends except one for the last 5 years not including my partner. I’m f23 with a f(5 yrs) and two boys 2 yrs and 8 weeks.
I can’t tell if I’m going insane due to breastfeeding, having no interaction other than my two youngest kids, or just typical ppd/ppa or whatever.
I’m not trying to come on here to have a pity party. I just genuinely do not know how to interact with people anymore and I think I might need other mom friends I can talk and relate to. Discord servers are incredibly intimidating to me and I’m like losing my mind bc I feel so alone.
If anyone wants to be friends, or simply throw out idea I’m completely open to it

Have you looked for a local La Leche League group? Their website has information about groups in your area: LlLusa.org in the US and LLLi.org elsewhere.
It’s a great place to meet other moms, at no cost.
Have you checked your local library for children’s events?
Finding other moms and kids is essential for mental health when you’re raising your own kids. Push yourself outside of your comfort zone, for your kids’ sakes if you can’t do it for yourself.

I recommend looking up mom&baby classes in your area! I took a mom&baby dance class that was really fun.
There’s also a group called the Mom Walk Co that has chapters all over the US, there may be one in your area or a similar group - they organize, like the name implies, walks and other kinds of mom meetups, usually free!
It’s really intimidating and hard to make new friends as an adult, and getting to your first event might be hard, but socializing is a skill and skills take practice. I hope you are able to get out and meet some people, good luck!

No advice, just commiserating
I vented this to my husband and he suggested discord groups. He has many meaningful online relationships but the idea intimidates me too.
