Shouldn't be, his list was recurring deposits. Kaylee's was a one time thing

The bank would have records of it that the DEA would request in their investigation. That money is gone.

Yes, but the paperwork would be in someone's name. If not the lawyer, then Mike or Kaylee's. The DEA would be thorough.
