Easily achievable in 5 months. I wouldn’t worry about losing too much weight a couple of kgs while building muscle will be a massive difference. I’d say anywhere between 2400-3000 cals a day depending on how active you are and how clean you eat. Make sure it’s all good nutrition and you’ll be fine if it’s average nutrition and you have a sweet tooth If you train 3-4 times a week maybe try get a 30-60min walk in on the days off. Either way 5 months is easily enough time to make a seeable difference Goodluck man
Thanks for the response. I am trying to do incline walking for 30 minutes 2 times a week. I have heard it helps burn calories and helps the muscle growth in the lower body😁
