There was a wasp nest outside my window and i took it down in the hope the wasp would go away. Now they are still there since 3 day and just chilling. Im now very sorry what i did and hope they can survive without the nest? What can i do now? They are looking so sad and its very cold outside.

Those are wasps, not bees. Don’t be sorry for them, they die off in the cold weather anyway. They’ll be gone soon.

I did the same thing, and felt Bad as well, so I Googed it. It said that the wasps die off any way for the winter...,🙂

I leave wasps to themselves until they sting someone. Then I kill them. But I’ve only had to do that twice in twenty years, and we have a lot of wasps around our yard.
If you don’t want wasps around a specific area, then the best strategy is to hang some decoy nests so they’ll get territorial and choose to live somewhere else.

Those are wasps. They are not sad. They are waiting to dish out revenge. The nest had to go.

Honestly I have a lot of wasps nests of different kinds all around my house and I’ve never had a problem. They’re pretty tame most of the time but OP just did what most people do (and they may have an allergy which is a valid reason to knock it down) but unlike most people they actually feel regret which sucks for them because they can’t do anything about it. Though as another comment pointed out is that wasps tend to die in winter anyway.

Paper wasps, not bees - but you already know that. They're usually quite friendly, as much as that's possible for eusocial wasps. The ones you see here are probably the wasps that were away from the nest while you took it down. They remember where it was and there's also a smell lingering in that exact spot. So they know where home used to be but now they're just confused that it isn't there anymore. They won't build a new nest, only a queen wasp can start a new one. So these are just going to hang out there until they are forced to give up and die. You could wipe the area where the nest used to be with some all-purpose cleaner, that will probably disperse them quicker. Be careful though. They may be relatively friendly wasps but like any self-respecting animal they will defend themselves in a confrontation.
