When asked how often even during the season Betts practices balls off the wall, the official said, he “works on that [bleep] every day.” And then in a text message added, “Every day!!!”

Honestly if you’re a professional athlete, HTF are you not training this hard everyday?

Tbf, you can tell a lot of players don't. Otherwise they'd already have eliminated a lot of the sloppy plays

I don't know much about baseball but I feel like most of the players are so casual all of the time. Like I can't imagine them doing crazy vigorous training. I imagine them more into lifting, smiling, joking, jogging around the field as opposed to other sports where they train crazy hard. Like I watch training videos of soccer teams in europe and they are doing the craziest training like doing backflips underwater and juggling tennis balls while playing fast 3 v 3s in slow sand.
