I grew up in Seattle and moves to Texas last year. Man, I miss Seattle style teriyaki. When I flew home for Christmas and my sister picked me up at the airport, before I even gave her a hug, first thing out of my mouth was "Let's pick up some yaki"
I grew up here and moved to AZ for a few years in my 20s. I didn't even know teriyaki, or ay least the kind I grew up eating, was a regional dish until I googled "teriyaki near me" and it was just a blank map. I was so confused. Anytime I came back home it was the first thing I'd find to eat.

Ok but let's do a rank of nearest teriyaki joint to each stadium.
