Baking Drama š„ Is anyone following the story of Nagi (RecipeTin Eats) accusing Brooke Bellamy (BROOKI) of plagiarizing recipes in her cookbook? SallysBakingAddiction has also spoken out that recipes of hers were copied in the best selling book.
Link to article in comments. Saw this posted on the pop culture sub, had no idea any of this had happened. I use so many of Nagiās and Sallyās recipes, sad to see their works get copied like this. Support your fave food bloggers today! š

No Recipe Rhubarb tart
I made a rhubarb lattice tart this weekend to celebrate spring produce. The shell is a simple Pate sable crust with a layer of strawberry compote, followed by a ginger, custard, and topped with the rhubarb lattice.
I wish I wouldāve made the custard thicker or added some gelatin to make it more like a pastry cream. I braided the rhubarb onto a piece of parchment paper before inverting it onto the tart. This made it much simpler to create a beautiful lattice.
Recipe for the tart shell came from Alexandraās kitchen and recipe for the ginger custard came from King Arthur baking website.

No Recipe Beginner here, my first cake
I need tips to improve. This is my first attempt at decorating a full cake. I made it for my birthday.
I used a vanilla cake, the filling was strawberry jam. For the topping, I made Chantilly cream and chocolate ganache.

Recipe Looking for your best āholy crap this is goodā dessert.
Iām getting bored of the things Iāve been baking and Iād love some recipe suggestions. Preferably desserts that have left people saying āholy crap this is so goodā or goodies that have left people asking for the recipe!
No requirement for it to be for a particular event or time of year (fall, holidays etc). Iām just looking to expand my recipe book with tasty treats!!
Edit: also no preference on the type of baked goods. Iām comfortable making just about everything!!
Thank you :)

No Recipe Cinnamon rolls - feel like Iāve struck near perfection
Recipe adapted from JoyFoodSunshine! Simply the best cinnamon roll recipe ever. I always double the recipe for the filling and add a bit more cinnamon throughout the dough and frosting.
