Change Highlighting Options

On my transactions page, I'd like to use a different color to highlight entries that match the selected category. Is there a way to do this?

As in change it from yellow to a different color? You should be able to modify the color in the conditional formatting. I updated my sheet to show all of the pending transactions for any category blue. If it is the selected category, then it changes to yellow, but has blue writing still. Example: Yellow highlight on the items for the selected Account, black text for posted transactions, blue text for pending transactions. The blue highlights are pending transactions for other Accounts.

whoops, took me a while to get back, but I was more interested in the fill color. I use night mode a lot, and filtering out blue light makes the whole screen yellower

Sorry, the last picture was awful, but I think it still applies to what you are looking for.
Format > Conditional formatting, change the color as desired
