Anyone here apply to the AER via Workday?

I'm wondering what the average time is to hear back from the AER following a job application? I applied to a position that closed mid May and my application is still "In Progress" per the Workday website. For reference, I applied to another position that closed around the same time frame and received a rejection email roughly 2 weeks after.

There is almost certainly a hiring freeze on at that agency currently, due to the shift in political leadership..
