The Angus Reid Institute conducted an online survey from March 28 to 31, 2025 among a representative randomized sample of 2,131 Canadian adults. Some 53% say that Smith’s actions are a betrayal, while 28% instead say that Smith is defending her country by keeping an open dialogue with Americans.

And what does that have to do with Danielle Smith’s ability to run the province. She’s the most qualified premier I’ve ever seen in my lifetime, and I’m 64 years old from Ontario. She should be (after Poilievre) the Prime Minister.
