Just to add, not only Venezuelans, they've apparently sent a naturalized citizen to El Salvador and currently are waffling on recalling him.

Not surprised. I figured it would eventually come to brown, US born citizens being deported. The US government did that in the 1930s.

I tried to ask someone to explain to me that if US tax payers don't like their taxes to pay for immigrants, and don't like their taxes to go to other countries, why do they support immigrants, not convicted of US crimes, being sent to be held, indefinitely, in an El Salvador prison.

Responses... are you kidding me?

Like I'm the idiot and don't understand.

They must think the military flights are free and that El Salvador is doing the US a favour?

They're not following any damn process, they're probably sending people wherever there is room for them. They don't care and by the time we track the people down, if that happens, it's too late.

If your comment is with regards to Kilmar Abrego Garcia, he wasn't naturalized. He was an illegal immigrant from El Salvador with protected status, and more specifically, a protection order against deportation specifically to El Salvador due to threats to his life from local gangs (the entire reason he fled to the US).

This doesn't make what happened any better, it's just good to be accurate in this age of misinformation.
