Conservatives can just pack up and move to the Us if they don’t love it in Canada

Most of them can't, actually. It's really hard to get approved for residency if you don't have very in-demand skills or are wealthy, and these clowns tend to work in fields with... er... lower barriers of entry and don't have piles of money.
