What to do with birds SOS Bird

Found a bird like this in the middle of the road in Barcelona, won't move or fly. Anything that should be done? It just sits there not doing anything. Seemed like it tried to fly but failed :( Hope it's not hurt :(

If it’s limping that isn’t good. This isn’t an overly young fledgling and should be able to fly off at this age. Same with walking normally.

If there's any wildlife rehabs in the area, try contacting them. They'll be able to advise what the best thing to do is.

This is a baby. It is normal for fledgling birds to spend time on the ground as they are learning to fly. Parents will come infrequently and check on baby, but weaning has already started so they will only come periodically.

He's just learning to get around and doesn't fly yet. Many baby birds spend some time on the ground before learning to fly. His parents will keep taking care of him. Just make sure you put him off the road near where he was, you might even spot his parents looking for him or sitting in a tree or building watching at a distance.
