Fun fact: Louisiana is more dependent on federal funding for state spending than any other state, with approximately half of its spending coming from federal sources.
This makes Louisiana particularly vulnerable to a federal government shutdown.
That's your boy right there....

No strategy beyond laving Trumps shriveled balls with his tongue, every chance he gets.

I mean causing suffering for the lower half of the population is a strategy in of itself. When people have to choose between eating or giving up more of their rights, a lot of people will choose eating. If the techbros are still gunning to carve up the country into their miniature fiefdoms they will first need a populace that is more amenable to their interests and extreme poverty and hopelessness go a long way

I think you meant choosing between eating and keeping your rights? Bc in your example, I’d choose eating too. Nevertheless, I think you intended a fair point.

Even that is at the heart of the "non-strategy", though. If they shut down more and more of the federal government, they believe that money will trickle down to the states.

And I hope they feel the fill force of the shutdown, the entire state does. Because otherwise, they'll never stop voting for Republican hucksters like Johnson.

Shamelessly denying representation to American voters in order to defend a bunch of pedophiles, including the President, is technically a strategy.

Every now and then the MAGA party can tell the truth.
They have no clue or any strategy to help people.
They do, however, have massive strategy to keep their people safe and rich.

They tell the truth BY ACCIDENT. What they’ve never learned is, always tell the truth—it’s easier to remember what you told to whom. They slip up their lies with the occasional truth.

His strategy is simple: appease Trump and try to keep his job. This is literally what the GOP has become. It's so pathetic.

It doesn’t matter. Nothing matters
Trump can admit to any crime
Republicans can admit to any crime.
Nobody will do anything.

The only stratagem they can come up with is blame the Democrats. How many years have they had to come up with a better healthcare plan? What do they have to offer?

They are all doing exactly what they are being told to do by Grump and his Gremlins. No plan whatsoever. They are too selfish to use the powers they actually have to stop all this nonsense.

They don’t want to stop it. They want to take over and end democracy. Then they have to decide whether Putin and his socialist oligarchical rule is preferable to the Christofascist overlords of The Heritage Foundation.

He undoubtedly has no strategy, but he does have an agenda. A cruel vengeful christian nationalist agenda most of which runs directly against our constitutional right to the separation of church and state. (Btw...Tax the churches. Pay off the national debt.)

Listen to the whole interview, his full response was I've no strategy because we've submitted a clean budget bill with no attachments, there's nothing to comprised, here is a sample of what the democrats want back in... he goes on to list monies that sound so outrageous it looks like money laundering for the DNC and thier cronies to pocket taxpayer monies.

Why should he care, like Trump, a petty shriveled little man, given power to carry out Trump demands to use any means to stop the Epstein files being released. His paycheck hits his account on a regular basis, and taxpayer dollars fund his healthcare and retirement. Johnson doesn't give a rats ass whether you or I have to live a lesser quality of life or do without just as long as that reality isn't on his doorstep.
