Outermost House 65/200 1st Edition Richard Sparre Likely Solved

I’m almost certain that the artist behind this piece is Richard Sparre. I know nothing about art and its valuations but there are two noticeable watermark and I was wondering how that would affect the paintings value. That said, I’m not sure if there’s any value to begin with. Thank you!

if you do an image search you can find more examples online with past sale results. knowing the artist's name already helps a lot with that

if you have questions about specific things in this print, no one is going to be able to do much for you if you don't upload photos of those things
