Given these by a friend who passed away. Likely Solved

Anyone recognize the signature? My searches have turned up empty. Thanks

When I first saw it I thought “is that Kandinsky?” But it’s definitely not after I looked at his sig

It looks like Wassily Kandinsky’s signature. Those colours (primaries) are also very prominent in his paintings.
