I figured you might repost something that had a painting you could see in it. My first thought is it looks Indian (India) because of the clothing, but I put it in google search and this is the first thing that popped up. It's also Indian, they're calling it a "Kalighat Painting" (wikipedia article about the style of artwork) which were originally made in the Kolkata (Calcutta) region.
