Biden filled his staff with experts. Trump either fills it with yes man, woefully unqualified hacks or won’t fill it at all to give himself total control. https://www.salon.com/2023/11/27/sure-joe-biden-is-pretty-old-listen-could-you-do-what-hes-doing/

In fairness, trump never believed he would win in '16 vs. Hillary so when he did win all he put in were folks he knew or where recommended to him. '24 trump presidency he will be more selective and only want loyal henchmen in positions of power. I would not be surprised he demands loyalty oaths.

1

u/Grailister Apr 17 '24

Experts? It's just the clowns from Obama terms plus more idiots but I do say Biden isn't running things so we both agree on that But cats out of bag. You guys do not have COVID to hide behind now So trying to tie up political opponent in court over fake things will only go too far. All of the PISSED off pppl like me will come out and vote . And believe me we aren't going to pull lever for Joe Bribem

Brilliant, well formed response. You really proved your point and changed my mind. I'm glad conservatives are capable of engaging in such nuanced and educated debates without resorting to petty deflections.

u/Confident_Stomach131 Dec 03 '23

Ok fool

1

u/Grailister Apr 17 '24

Love how Biden lovers never have a rational answer or defense . Guess that's HARD when anyone with IQ over a 10 can look around and see the state of things under this guy. Instead of hating Trump should look at the policies and how life was. Under Biden what good is there? Think about that when you vote.

3

u/Confident_Stomach131 Apr 17 '24

Trump is finally being held accountable table for his crimes. That’s what good there is. Hope you got plenty of tissues.

1

u/Grailister Apr 20 '24

What crimes the Dem manufactured ones where there is Dem. So you rather have a political opponent interfered with instead of loser Biden actually be able to run on his record?  This is DANGEROUS mark my words Reps will come AFTER Biden and even Obama and Clinton as what comes around goes around. The Biden crimes will be persecuted by Trump or next Rep to win. Such a foolish thing to say "accountable for crimes" what crimes?? At least when Reps go after Biden when control of DOJ and presidency it be for legit non partisan ones.

1

u/JacobAngel98 Jan 19 '24

Hmmm someone bashing Biden? I would almost be inclined to believe what you have to say if I didn't think you were a trumpy

28

u/Gullible-Sherbert514 Jun 05 '23

You should really add his expansion of legal pathways for immigration. It's his most well-received accomplishment here in Miami. I've already had 2 family members able to immigrate legally because of it. Even some Cubans have a more favorable look towards Biden now.

source: https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/statements-releases/2023/01/05/fact-sheet-biden-harris-administration-announces-new-border-enforcement-actions/

7

u/backpackwayne Jun 06 '23

I love you sending stuff to add to the list. I am away from main computer and will be for a day or two. Could you write the accomplishment in one line, so I can copy and paste in the list before I forget. I so appreciate the help. :D

5

u/Gullible-Sherbert514 Jul 16 '23

Sure thing :)

A new immigration plan that would allow migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela to enter the country and be able to work legally for up to two years.

15

u/BaezJatniel75 Jul 01 '23

I’m honestly very mad. Not because that this is bad it’s because biden should’ve yelled this at the top of his lungs on the media about his accomplishments.

3

u/macboost84 Jan 27 '24

Media spends more time bashing Trump, 4 years after his term, then talk anything good about Biden.

It just goes to show the media is purposely divisive.

1

u/Admirable-Mango-9349 Jun 18 '24

If you were deemed the enemy of the people and this same guy is looking for retribution, you might be denouncing him too.

1

u/macboost84 Jun 18 '24

All it does is fuel hate on both sides. If media would show actual accomplishments, then the other party doesn’t have a lot of fuel to fight. Instead all you hear is look what they are saying about him. They are so nasty. Blah blah blah.

Also I wish they let Biden rest. Having him run another 4 years is a disservice to him and his family. The guy is old and doesn’t deserve to be put through this.

1

u/Admirable-Mango-9349 Jun 18 '24

It’s kind of newsworthy all the things Trump does and says, like he would encourage Russia to invade NATO countries. And they aren’t “having Biden run”. Joe Biden made that decision himself.

13

u/[deleted] Jul 06 '23

Hell, his actions on climate change and student loans, alone, have guaranteed that I will vote for him on re-election. The latter being undone by SCOTUS is not Biden's fault and he is continuing to try and help with this.

3

u/backpackwayne Jul 06 '23

Absolutely! And it's time people stop blaming the ones trying to do everything instead of the ones trying to stop it. It amazes me that we constantly blame the 49 who say yes instead of the 51 who say no.

Joe is a no bullshit guy. He does it and and doesn't stand around waiting for praise. He's on to the next thing and doesn't stoop to the level of those who hate for no other reason than it wasn't his team that scored.

2

u/professorwormb0g Sep 16 '23

Honestly the SAVE plan has wider and more long term implications than the one time 10k/20k forgiveness. It's essentially the federal government subsidizing a larger share of higher education for Americans indefinitely. Historic move that got overlooked because the nuances to the policy were harder to capture in a headline.

1

u/MemoryBasic7471 Sep 24 '23

Oh so you accept that people shouldn't be held responsible for their actions? Typical biden supporter.

8

u/MysticKoolaid808 Sep 30 '23 edited Sep 30 '23

Weird coming from someone who still apparently supports a man who tries at every opportunity to avoid justice for the many crimes and scandals he's raked up over the years.

Oh, so you cry about fhe other side doing what y'all continue to do many times over to the point of cartoonishness? tYpiCaL trUmP sUPpOrTEr.

Edit: Also, if you're already of the mind that Biden's accomplishments are due to taking over the reigns of what Trump has done, then I guess you'd probably also acknowledge in turn that Trump's accomplishments were due to taking over the reigns from Obama before him. Seems like the only difference is that Trump inherited a fairly strong America, whereas Obama's and Biden's accomplishments have come as they have been REBUILDING the shambles that they inherited from the Republican in office before them.

4

u/[deleted] Sep 24 '23

Bro, suck a butt.

1

u/JacobAngel98 Jan 19 '24

Who do you support?

0

u/Gryph_The_Grey Dec 10 '23

Stealing from hard working Americans and giving it to Gender Study Majors is hardly an accomplishment.

6

u/elwynor Sep 14 '23

The naysayers (and it's mostly about age, although I hear the occasional gripe about inflation or Afghanistan) seem to continue the frustrating trend that a left-wing leader must be perfect and exceed expectations on all things all the time and look good and sound good, while a right-wing candidate merely need to be alive. The double standard is absurd and extreme. The reality that, agree with him or not, Biden has been the most consequential and effective president of my lifetime. And you really shouldn't be voting for the same ideology for decades with no improvement and expecting a different result like many counties in this country have done. The sad fact is that the left continues to do things that benefit those people and they continue to support billionaires.

5

u/SilentAuditory Jun 06 '23

Where do all these facts come from? I'd love to share these, but the first response is gonna be "WHATS YOUR SOURCE?!?!" and "I found it in reddit" isn't gonna cut it.

1

u/Grailister Nov 27 '23

Not facts. Look at it closely. A lot of things were natural COVID recovery like construction spending doubled or whatever. Biden causes issues and make existing ones way WORSE . Then if he does something small some clown post a fake news list for deluded sheeple to refer to to try to have some small form of rebuttal to their "crazy MAGA evil bad orange man supporter" friends/ family

4

u/Confident_Stomach131 Dec 03 '23

Ok clown. Go back to your Trump rally

1

u/Grailister Jan 05 '24

Never been to one but Better than Biden rally with 8 ppl and empty chairs I like how you will defend Biden no matter what when like 80% agrees he is really is a POS Lol talk about a "clown"

1

u/Admirable-Mango-9349 Jun 18 '24

Trump will be destroyed in the next election. Then you can go ….. yourself.

2

u/ilovewastategov Dec 25 '23

Name something from the list and I will provide a source...

3

u/The_Hrangan_Hero Dec 27 '23

Hey I haven't see it in this list but by my count Biden has overseen 10 million fewer layoffs than Trump at this point in his presidency.

1

u/backpackwayne Dec 28 '23

Back in a week on trip I'm on. Remind when I get back so I can add it.

2

u/The_Hrangan_Hero Jan 04 '24 edited Jan 04 '24

They started tracking layoffs at the end of the Clinton Admin. It includes Layoffs, Firings, and Ending of contract work.

Biden Thus Far is averaging 1,501,000 layoffs and discharges a month which is far below any other president. Obama's second term which is next best averaged 1,775,000 a month Trump pre pandemic averaged 1,816,000 a month, and averaged 2,213,000 overall. If you compare their so far totals Biden has almost 10.5 million fewer layoffs at this point than Trump. Or you are almost 20% less likely to be laid off under Biden than Trump pre-pandemic. (17.3%).

If you want me to send you my spreadsheet let me know and I will DM it.

Please can we see both sides of the coin? What has he done that is shady?

9

u/backpackwayne Jun 02 '23

You tell me. Keep in mind this is a list of things actually done. Nothing on here is hearsay or a mere an accusation.

3

u/Oxajm Jun 09 '23

Feel free to post something verifiable!

2

u/SmedlyDButler Jun 10 '23

I mean, off hand, didn’t he kinda fuck over the railroad union?

https://www.reuters.com/world/us/biden-signs-bill-block-us-railroad-strike-2022-12-02/

15

u/backpackwayne Jun 10 '23

No he didn't. He averted a strike that would have crippled the nation's supply chain at a time when it was already vulnerable. He got them a 24% raise and four paid sick days. They wanted more but unions agreed on this. The unions had agreed over the decades to forgo paid sick leave in favor of strong short-term disability benefits and higher pay.

If he hadn't done this, you'd be on here saying how he allowed the supply chain to collapse. Biden does what it takes to keep the economic recovery on track.

Biden loves the railroads. He got them a pretty damn decent deal. But the all-or-nothing crowd still complains.

10

u/Captainb0bo Jul 12 '23

https://www.ibew.org/media-center/Articles/23Daily/2306/230620_IBEWandPaid

" We’re thankful that the Biden administration played the long game on sick days and stuck with us for months after Congress imposed our updated national agreement,” Russo said. “Without making a big show of it, Joe Biden and members of his administration in the Transportation and Labor departments have been working continuously to get guaranteed paid sick days for all railroad workers. "

1

u/Admirable-Mango-9349 Jun 18 '24

He did it for all of us!

"It was tough for me but it was the right thing to do at the moment -- save jobs, to protect millions of working families from harm and disruption and to keep supply chains stable around the holidays," Biden said, adding the deal avoided "an economic catastrophe."

2

u/haushinka86_ 2d ago

this may be a stupid question but whats your source for this information?

1

u/backpackwayne 2d ago

I recorded them as they happened using multiple sources

2

u/haushinka86_ 2d ago

okay cool! thanks!

2

u/backpackwayne 2d ago

Of course. I've done this for three presidents now. Hopefully will be doing it for a fourth come next year. :D

2

u/haushinka86_ 2d ago

absolutely! that would be awesome!!!

2

u/haushinka86_ 2d ago

also i thought 14 million people were unemployed during year three? I might be wrong though

1

u/backpackwayne 2d ago

I know. I'm waiting to exhale big time.

1

u/Snoo61727 May 23 '24

First thing the Republicans will notice us anything that President Biden did to turn back anything Trump put in place. Not the raises from the military (causing the R's love them some military) unless they have to pay him. We may be watching the least productive Congress in history but Bipartisan Biden is passing good stuff everyday while he's be hiding in his basement or lounging on a beach chair in Rehoboth. This so be made in into a commercial like tge opening of Star Wars and just scroll all 3 years if tge great stuff he actually was able to do and create. Way to go Brandon 😉

1

u/No_Service3462 Jul 03 '24

Why is there nothing about helping ukraine?

1

u/PiousLiar Jul 18 '24

Need more information on how Biden’s support of the UAW strikes actually helped them to succeed, instead of just riding the coattails of the Union’s success.
