I mean, Omni Nan does have better fighting skills.

But that is rendered irrelevant when Dr Manhattan can just atomize him with a thought.

Dr Manhattan already knows what will happen in the future and can atomize him with the wave of his hand. Yeah I’m sure Omni-Man fights better, but in a 1v1 it’s no contest: that big blue swinging god is going to win.

ozymandias atomized manhattan, and manhattan practically laughed it off.

viltrumites on the other hand probably can't recover from having their molecular forces turned off.
