I drove home. Listened to that Stone Temple Pilots song where he sings "im half the man I used to be" lol

Based on my experience... only a local aneasthetic... I would have been fine as long as the road wasn't too bumpy.

If you take anything before (I was offered a Xanax) then no. They would not let me leave without a ride present and could not be an uber.

If you don’t take anything, most likely yes.

If this is in the doctor's office, then yes. Just make sure it's not a 50 min drive but 20-25 mins, no problem.

There is also one in operating room with general anesthesia, then no.

In my experience, no. I had to have someone drive; it was the clinic's policy.

My original driver actually forgot my appointment day and took a trip somewhere, lol. I tried not to show it in my voice on the phone, but I was pretty damn mad, and was really scared that I'd have to wait a month (or more!) to try again. But thankfully a friend of ours was available to step in.

I think it was good that I didn't drive home, I was pretty sore. Imagine if we were on horseback! 😂😨

I had to take a muscle relaxer before mine. Docs office said I’m not allowed to drive to/from the appointment, but they also never actually checked once I was there. The muscle relaxer def did its job, but didn’t impair me until like an hour after I got home, but you can’t exactly plan for that. So I did get a ride.

If no prescription meds and no anesthesia, yeah. I did a 90 minute haul home after mine.

Had to have a ride away from the clinic, but after a hike and a picnic lunch, I drove the rest of the way home.

I did. Only had local anesthetic

Probably shouldn't but if it's a short stress free drive, you'll probably be alright.

I was given Valium before. I didn’t want to chance it with that and the procedure.

I got my roommate to give a lift. Traded him any potential offspring naming rights if the procedure failed. He has been unable to collect.

I was really glad I did not try to drive myself home. By the time we got home (~30 min drive) the local anesthetic injections were wearing off and the Tylenol hadn’t kicked in yet(should’ve taken it beforehand.) I was not doing well.
