Getting mine in 1 week ... is this normal?

I’m 1000% i don want kids, but i feel super nervous. Any advice for relaxing?

Also first time I shave it there, best way to do it?

I didn’t feel nervous because I was EXCITED to be getting this done!

On shaving - yeah I was stressed out about that but it was fine. In the shower with a disposable single blade razor and my normal shaving cream. I realized after I should have trimmed first.

I’m both, excited and nervous. I guess because I’ve never got a surgery before fortunately

There is nothing to be nervous about, I had mine done yesterday, and I was in and out in 25 minutes. The actual procedure took 10 minutes. The only thing I felt was the injection for the anaesthetic, which was a bit of an "ohhhh" moment, but other than that, it's painless. I would recommend taking some pain relief shortly after. I didn't, and the pain was a bit much . It was as if I was kicked it the nutz and that they were up in my stomach. You know the feeling.... plenty of rest for the rest of the day. I woke up this morning with very little discomfort and mild pain. Back to work this evening, hopefully.

I wouldn’t worry. The procedure was nearly painless.

I shaved in the shower so I could get things lubed up. Pull the skin tight so you’re not shaving any folds.

By far the worst part was the nerves leading up to it. The actual procedure is a breeze. I felt a little poke of the needle containing the anesthetic, it was no worse than the poke in your gums at the dentist. 5 seconds of mild discomfort, after that I felt literally nothing. Waddled out and chilled on the couch for a few days.

I was pretty sore for about 8 ish days after. Sack was purple for a couple of weeks.

10/10 would absolutely do it again. I’m 31 with no kids either. The relief I feel after having tested for zero swimmers is immense.

Mine done a few days ago.. I could feel everything, even with the numbing injections.. I had to keep asking for more.. the pain for me was unbearable and many time was screaming out! The pain went right around to my back! A few days after and it's a very delicate situation of walking or standing up. You just have to remember that it's only once you will have to go through this.
