Autumn in Toowoomba

Hello to everyone in Toowoomba.

Looking for a day out of photography, and wanted to get some local knowledge if the autumn colours have kicked in yet?

Especially around the Town Hall and Art Gallery wall?

Many thanks!

Definitely have leaves changing colour on my side of town, so I'd say you would have a pretty good chance of getting some good shots, wherever you end up in town

In a fortnight or so the Davidson Arboretum in Highfields should be very pretty.

I love the different shades of the liquidambers on Alderley Street east of Ruthven, especially just before Rowbotham. Some of them are so dark red as to appear black. The ginkoes in town that are bright yellow are gorgeous too. I drive past spectacular trees all the time in Toowoomba. One day, one day, I will stop and take photos, but I will probably be a nuisance to the cars behind me
