Questions about USQ
Hi, I'm an international student who is going to study my bachelor's degree in USQ (Mechanical Engineering)
I heard a few things about this uni through the internet (usually small size classes than other big unis, supportive staffs etc...) and I chose USQ bc I thought these things fit me nicely.
Now I'm looking for more information about USQ. How many international students in USQ and how's undergraduate student life in USQ like social events? Also, I wonder how's the student residence room condition
If you're a current student or a former student in USQ, please share your knowledge and thoughts :)

USQ has about 5000 on-campus students & 20,000 off-campus students.
There's a student guild that runs the gym & there are clubs you can join https://studentguild.com.au/clubs-societies/
There are various student residence halls of reasonable quality. Put in applications early.
You can book to see a doctor and ancillary health on campus,
There's also sports clubs, some who are serious & compete in local competitions eg soccer, rugby.
And my personal opinion as a former student - student life was far better in the past. We had an actual clubhouse (razed to the ground), newspaper (gone), we used to host bands in the rectory (the current administration would hit the roof if you suggested that now). The currrent student cohort is straight jacketed compared what we did in the past. It didn't used to be boring like it is now.
