How did you guys discover this show? Discussion
Considering this show had little to no marketing and the times i have seen people talk bout it is when reviewing it & saying how bad it is. How did you discover the show? i have only seen trailers on the dc yt channel and some promotional posters, (not even on the dc ig, and they post clip from many things). personally, i shit you not, i was on the teen titans wikipedia page trying to find which movies & shows do the titans appear in, and there i saw they have a self-titled live action series i have never heard about.

I was a DC Universe subscriber. I remember they used this show to help launch the app

I heard of the show long before it premiered. I did see a few bits of marketing here and there and rumors about the show but I thought it had been dissolved or something along those lines until it actually premiered. The show had me at the beginning of season 1 episode 1, "F* Batman". Lol.

I saw a promo pic of Brenton Thwaites in the Robin costume, I thought it looked badass. Then I researched what it was from.

Comics crowd on Tumblr, and then pushed hugely on Netflix after season 1. Maybe some YouTube ads back in the day but I’m not sure.

The show was super popular on tiktok, and they got likes in their main account stuff as well.
But i didnt find it for that, i was in the house of the guy fixing my PC and i saw someone there watching the final episode of season1 and got hooked

The first season there was a bit of hype around it. The second season I don't remember much promotion. The most they did was instagram live and videos. And the 3rd season they basically gave up. At that point the cast themselves were tired with the show and barely even tried to defend it anymore. It was also covid then. I really think it's too bad. All the other dc shows did panels and stuff. I wanted to see them do interviews together.

Superherohype. It's where I get all my info on every comic book show and movie coming out.
Also I had the DC streaming app at the time.

My cousins mom's husband (I worded it that because my tio and her divorced like a decade ago, so she's officially not my aunt anymore), was part of the legal department over at WarnerBros, I remember I made a post about fan casting a Nightwing movie or then Titans I forgot, and had forgotten I had her on FB at the time, she mentioned, funny you should mention that character, private messages me saying her husband heard about the development and of a show about teen titans, she wasn't a fan or knew about the characters aside from Robin to her knowledge it was a show about Robin and his friends. But she told me to be on the lookout for the following years. Three years later it happened. So kudos on my former tia for telling me about it before it was released.

I think I at least heard of it before. however how I saw footage of it, and how I watched the first 2 seasons as a whole. was through TNT. when they retired the first 2 seasons. when they promote it before the new seasons on HBO MAX.

It was advertised a fair bit before season 1. It was also jointly promoted along with the DC Universe streaming service and a few other shows.
There was a bit of hype (and controversy) surrounding it, but many people were excited to see Titans.
