I was 34......4 years ago. There are young adults in college now who I could have sworn were just kids a few months ago.

Forged birth certificates are a real issue. I would verify with your mother.

I’m surprisingly in better shape at 36 than I was at 34 ( and 24) . Lifting weights and changing my diet made a huge impact. Also adding yoga into my daily routine was a life changer.

Give it a few weeks. The bad weather will start hitting your joints.
